ORDER FULFILLMENT

All web orders are made to order in the US. Orders can take up to 3-4 weeks to produce. If you have ordered multiple items it is possible that you will receive partial shipments. All orders do not go into production without full advance payment by the customer.

Should you need your order before then, you may be able to rush your order for an additional fee of $80. You can note your rush request in the comments section of the order and your credit card will be charged accordingly should it be approved by a sales representative.

It is possible for your order to come in before the allotted window. Orders are shipped as soon as they are complete.

Orders placed during holidays or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer that the allotted time window. A sales representative will always notify the customer if this is the case.
