YINKA ORISAN offers flat rate shipping. We require a signature upon delivery for any order over $1,000. You are given an option to sign or not sign for the package on check out for orders under this amount. Should you choose not to sign for your package please be aware YINKA ORISAN is not liable for lost shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered. YINKA ORISAN is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company.
UPS Ground shipping to addresses within the US is free (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico)
UPS 2nd Day Air is $30.
Fedex Overnight is $35.
Fedex International is $80.
All international shipments are sent the fastest Fedex option possible.
YINKA ORISAN is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties associated with international deliveries. YINKA ORISAN is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customs or weather related issues.
If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your piece for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. (Returns must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.) To make a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number. Make sure to include the reason for your return. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

If you purchased a piece from an outside retailer and would like to exchange or return it, you must bring the piece to the original retailer where the item was purchased. We are not responsible for any pieces not purchased directly from YINKA ORISAN.
Should you have a remaining balance after your exchange, this will be provided in the form of store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards are exempt from being returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a nonrefundable merchandise credit will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
